10 YEARS IN BUSINESS March 2004 marked the 10th anniversary of SACDA. Embarking on the journey of starting and developing the Agency has not been easy. The fact that the organisation still exists despite great concerns being expressed about its survival is a testimony of the hard work, commitment, dedication and sacrifice made over the last 10 years by the Boards of Directors, the Chief Executive and the staff, past and present. Over the past 10 years SACDA has developed from an organisation with a very uncertain future in 1994/95 to an organisation that is now recognised nationally for the key role it plays regarding training, employment and enterprise in Sandwell.
